- Can I return my order and do I get a refund?
Time: You can request for a return within 7 days after receiving your order.
Method of refund: As soon as we receive your returned order and the product conditions are accepted we will refund the money back to your bankaccount.
Product condition:
A) Package should be undamaged
b) The items isn’t worn, used or washed
c) You didn’t try to fix any damage yourself
d) You didn’t follow washing instructions of terms of use
e) Original tags are still fixed to the product
f) The product isn’t used and still in original condition

Charges: As a customer you will need to pay the return shipping.
KEEP IN MIND: “custom” items can not be returned. Those products are made especially for you! Before ordering a “custom” item make sure you order it exactly the way you want it. Do not hesitate to send an email to choosingyounl@gmail.com if you have any questions about our custom product. (Custom product can be recognized by the “custom” notification in the name of the item)

- What is the shipping time?
Choosing You is a young and growing company. Till this moment we don’t have any stock. Which means we make every item you order on your request. This is why it takes some time before we will ship your order. Our goal is to ship your order within one week, two weeks at the latest. When an item is in backorder, we will inform you as soon as possible to see if you want to wait for your order or if you prefer an other solution. - I’m not sure which size to choose…
No worries! You can find size charts at most of the item. You will find them in the pictures! No siz chart available? Please contact us at choosingyounl@gmail.com and we will help you find the right size!
- How should I take care of my Choosing You shirts and pullovers?
In the description of all our clothing items it tells you how to take care of your purchase. Make sure you wash the clothing at max. 30 degrees Celsius. This will make sure the fabric and print will stay beautiful for a long time!
- I have a shop and the items of the Choosing You collection would fit perfectly to my shop. Is it possible to sell Choosing You items in my shop?
